How to Use Hamachi on Minecraft Bedrock

Introduction
Many times, we want to connect with our friends in Minecraft Bedrock, and in most cases, this is possible thanks to Microsoft’s friend system.
However, there are certain players who cannot join your world due to login issues or poor connection quality. This is where using Hamachi for Minecraft Bedrock comes in handy.
Today, we will guide you through its usage, configuration, and advantages. Let's get started!
Step 1 | Install Hamachi
This step is simple. The person hosting the world must install the Hamachi program (it is strictly necessary to be a Windows user).
Once installed from the official Hamachi website (Official Hamachi Website), you’re ready to proceed.

Step 2 | Configure Hamachi
Once inside the program, go to Network > Create a New Network. Configure it (you may need to log in) using the following parameters:
- Network ID: (Server name)
- Password: (Password to join)
After creating the network, click the large Start button to turn on the server. Then, right-click the created server (in the main list) and select "Connect". This will start the Hamachi server.
Step 3 | Add Users
To join another Hamachi network, go to Network > Join an Existing Network. Here, enter the Network ID and Password.
All users who wish to join must also be Windows users for compatibility.
Step 4 | Play!
That’s it! Now, you can launch Minecraft, and if everything is set up correctly, players connected to the network will be able to see your friend’s world under the LAN Worlds section.
How does this work?
It's simple! Minecraft Bedrock Edition has a LAN world system, which allows players on the same network to connect to each other.
Hamachi creates a virtual LAN server, allowing computers to connect directly as if they were on the same local network.

Utilities
You might think that joining via LAN is useless, but it's actually quite the opposite! It is extremely useful for setting up servers or allowing players who cannot use Microsoft’s multiplayer system to join your world.
I personally use it to run multiple instances of Minecraft and have several users playing simultaneously in a single world using Oracle VirtualBox (Official VirtualBox Website).

Final Thoughts
That’s all for today! Thank you for staying informed here, and I hope you can set up your server quickly and easily!
